Chargeback Policy & Order Restrictions

If a chargeback is filed against our store, the following terms apply:

  • Immediate Account Restriction: We reserve the right to cancel all future orders and discontinue shipping to any customer who initiates a chargeback with their payment provider.
  • Automatic Refunds: Any new orders placed by a customer who has previously initiated a chargeback will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full.
  • Returned Items Fee: If a chargeback is resolved in our favor (i.e., the payment processor rules on behalf of Art of Skincare), any returned products associated with that transaction will be subject to a $10 processing and restocking fee.
