If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you before your order ships.
Once an order is placed, we can remove an item as long as the order is still in the unfulfilled status. Please contact our team right away if you need to make a change.
If you’d like to add items to your order, you are welcome to place a separate order, and we will be happy to refund any additional shipping fee incurred. Just let us know so we can take care of that for you!
