How to Make a Return
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit for your skin. That’s why we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be more than 50% full.
How to Start Your Return
To create a prepaid return label, simply visit our Returns Portal:

Please note: There is a $6 shipping fee per return order, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 4-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sample sets
- Gift certificates
- Refill products
- Items purchased using rewards points
- Skincare tools: ANMA Massage Tool, DermaDisc, MyoLift TriWave, Le Mieux Ionized Oxygen Infuser, Time Master Pro, Millbody Ceramic Gua Sha Tools, Skin Wand Pro, AOS CryoGlobe or Spoon, MTS Microneedle Roller, and AnteAGE Microneedle Roller.
- Single-use and hygienic items: AOS Luxe Toner Pads, Intrinsics Silken Toner Pads, AOS Luxe Eco Towels, AOS Luxe Cloths, and AOS Tassi.
- Reward points used toward the purchase of a returned item are not refunded. Once reward points are spent, they cannot be reused or returned to your rewards account.
