First, we recommend:
- Checking around your home (including porches, side doors, garages, or mailrooms).
- Asking neighbors or building management to see if they may have accepted the package on your behalf.
- Reviewing the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email to ensure the package was sent to the correct location.
In some cases, carriers may mark a package as delivered a day or two before actual delivery.
