We want you to love every product you order from AOS! However, if you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Important Guidelines:

  • Products must be at least 50% full to be eligible for return.
  • If you return your entire order and it included a free gift with purchase, the free gift must also be returned. If the gift is not included, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
    Example: If your order totaled $150 and you received a $20 free gift, but you return the order without the gift, $20 will be deducted from your refund.
  • All refunds to the original payment method are subject to an $8 service fee. To avoid this fee, select store credit instead—returns for store credit are always free of service fees.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times.

The following items are non-refundable and not eligible for return:

  • Tools: Time Master Pro, DermaDisc, MyoLift TriWave, Le Mieux Ionized Oxygen Infuser, Millbody Ceramic Gua Sha tools, Skin Wand Pro
  • Refill products: HOP+ Moisturizer Refill
  • Sample sets and gift certificates
  • Gifts purchased using rewards points
  • SEEN Haircare Liters
  • AOS Luxe items: Toner Pads, Eco Towels, Luxe Cloths, Tassi, CryoSpoon, CryoGlobe
  • Silken Wipes Toner Pads
  • MTS Microneedle Roller
  • Reward points used toward the purchase of a returned item are not refunded. Once reward points are spent, they cannot be reused or returned to your rewards account.
