Lost Packages
At AOS, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely. If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer using the chat button. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant details to help us investigate. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.
Damaged Packages
We know how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged package. If this happens, please notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery using the chat button. Please include photos of the damaged items and packaging, along with your order number.
Once we review your case, we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Do not throw away your box, packaging, or leaking bottles. Pictures are often required for resolution.
